On behalf of the organizing committee, I am honored to welcome you to “The 11^th Biennial Meeting of the Society for Free Radical Research-Asia (SFRR-Asia) and the Chinese National Conference of Redox Biology and Medicine 2024” that will be held in Beijing, China from Oct. 21 to 23, 2024.

After two decades of ten past SFRR-Asia biennial meetings, we are marching into a new era to explore redox biology and medicine at precision, mechanistic, and in vivo levels with innovative technology and multiple discipline collaborations. The coming SFRR-Asia 2024, with the theme “The new era of precision redox biology and medicine: from basic research to the intervention of aging and diseases,” will provide a great opportunity to embrace the updates on state-of-the-art research in the field. There will be broad topics concerning three aspects: Basic research on redox biology and medicine, redox homeostasis in aging and diseases, and precision redox intervention and health management. The scientific program will include diverse communications: cutting-edge technology workshops, plenary lectures, invited lectures, oral presentations (some selected from the submitted abstracts), flash talks, poster presentations, meet the editors, industry-academy communication, redox future perspective forum. It’s exciting that the Young Investigators Awards (YIA) and Outstanding Poster Presentation Awards will be selected. 

I sincerely invite you to join the 11^th SFRR-Asia biennial meeting and hope every participant will benefit from this meeting in exchanging ideas, stimulating collaboration, developing friendships, and enjoy Chinese culture and exciting sightseeing in Beijing.
